I have a quest...Hi, thanks for all the information. I have a question if you dont mind. I have a friend who now is 30 years old and back in 1986 his parents apply for the IRCA act. They got approve but for monetary reasons they never applied for the permanent recidency. Now he would like to re apply again under this new law. the problems is that he has a juvenile felony. will this affect his elegibility? will he be deported if he applies?
